TANK SHELL
The AquaReclaim™ Tank is a premium modular steel tank engineered specifically for wastewater treatment applications where durability, chemical resistance, and rapid installation are essential.
Each bolted panel is manufactured from Aluzinc steel, offering corrosion resistance up to seven times greater than standard galvanised materials.
Panels range from 1.1 mm to 2 mm in thickness, precision-punched, and formed with our V-Lock interlocking system, then curved to the required radius for outstanding strength and long-term stability in wastewater environments.

PVC LINER
All AquaReclaim™ Tanks are fitted with a heavy-duty industrial PVC liner designed for reliable wastewater containment.
The liner is welded using high-frequency technology, ensuring a fully leak-proof barrier even when handling chemically aggressive or high-solid effluent.
The material does not leach chemicals into the water and provides a service life of more than 20 years with minimal maintenance.
OPEN-TOP DESIGN (NO ROOF)
Wastewater treatment processes require open access for aeration, mixing, chemical dosing, mechanical agitation, and sampling.

WIND GIRDERS & STIFFENERS
For structural stability during open-top operation, the AquaReclaim™ Tank includes precision-engineered wind girders and stiffeners.
These reinforcements ensure the tank maintains perfect roundness and withstands wind loads, agitation forces, and process movement.
STAINLESS-STEEL FASTENERS
To withstand corrosive wastewater environments, the AquaReclaim™ Tank is assembled exclusively with stainless-steel bolts, nuts, and washers.
All fasteners are torque-calibrated for consistent, long-term structural integrity.
INSTALLATION
The modular, flat-pack design allows the entire wastewater treatment system—including tank, pumps, pipework, dosing equipment, and mechanical components—to be transported easily to any site.
Installation requires minimal manpower and equipment, and the system is ready for plant integration immediately after assembly.
SITE PREPARATION
Only a level, compacted area with a reinforced concrete ringbeam foundation is required.
Complete foundation design specifications are supplied to ensure long-term performance.

The AquaReclaim™ Wastewater Tank System is ideal for:
• The Aluzinc shell and galvanised roof of your tank(s) is covered by a ten (10) year warranty against structural failure from the installation date.
• The Aluzinc shell and galvanized roof are covered against corrosion for a period of ten (10) years from the installation date.
• The PVC liner is covered by a two (2) year warranty against material failure or poor workmanship on condition that a metal roof is installed on the date of installation and that the water level is retained at 100%.
• The tank is covered by a one (1) year installation warranty from date of installation.
