Tank Shell
The Nyane Tank is a premium modular steel water tank engineered for durability, mobility, and fast installation. Each bolted panel is manufactured from Aluzinc steel, offering a lifespan up to seven times longer than standard galvanised sheets.
Panels range from 1.1 mm to 2 mm in thickness, precision-punched, and profiled with our V-Lock interlocking system, then curved to the required radius for exceptional structural strength.
PVC Liner
All Nyane Tanks are equipped with a food-grade PVC liner, ensuring that stored water never contacts the steel shell. The liner is manufactured using high-frequency welding, delivering a fully leak-proof containment system.
The material contains no plasticisers, preserving the natural taste and quality of the water. Expected service life exceeds 20 years with minimal maintenance.
Dome Roof
The lightweight, self-supporting dome roof requires no internal pillars, maximising usable tank volume. Roof sheets are fabricated from Aluzinc and can be optionally supplied in Colorbond® colours for architectural integration.
Wind Girders & Stiffeners
Nyane Tanks are reinforced with engineered wind girders and stiffeners, providing resilience against strong winds and seismic movement.
The top girder ensures secure roof attachment and acts as the anchor point for the internal liner—all without visible external fasteners.
Fasteners
The tank is assembled using Grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanised bolts and nuts, providing high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. All fasteners are precision-torqued using electric impact tools for consistent, long-term performance.
Installation
Thanks to its modular design, the Nyane Tank is flat-packed for containerised shipping and easy transport. Installation is fast, requiring minimal labour or equipment. Once assembled, the tank is ready for immediate operation.
Site Preparation
Only basic preparation is needed—a level, compacted surface suitable for a concrete ringbeam.

Applications
The Nyane Tank is ideal for a wide range of small-volume water storage uses, including:
• The Aluzinc shell and galvanised roof of your tank(s) is covered by a ten (10) year warranty against structural failure from the installation date.
• The Aluzinc shell and galvanized roof are covered against corrosion for a period of ten (10) years from the installation date.
• The PVC liner is covered by a two (2) year warranty against material failure or poor workmanship on condition that a metal roof is installed on the date of installation and that the water level is retained at 100%.
• The tank is covered by a one (1) year installation warranty from date of installation.
